On September 27, a special symposium was held in the Conference Room on the 9th floor of the Administrative Center. Entrusted by Minister Yuan, 10 Ph. D. and Master's degrees from "5127" project were introduced to discuss the image of "Precision Heavy Industry" and the packaging of the project.                               

 

Hunan Precision Heavy Industry is invested and constructed by Chen Jiliang, a leading figure in measuring tool industry in our county. Chen Jiliang, a native of Xiangzikou Town, is the legal representative of Hunan Precision Measuring Tools Co., Ltd., a major taxpayer in the town. Xiangzikou Town is the contact point of Minister Yuan, and naturally pays close attention to Chen Jiliang and his enterprises. Especially after the new company was identified as a "two groups and two promotion" related enterprise, Minister Yuan went to the company every three or five times to investigate and solve many problems for the company coordination. In the course of the investigation, Minister Yuan felt deeply that a company investing nearly 100 million yuan still had deficiencies in basic management and external promotion. "Image Packaging" and "Project Packaging" have become "short-term regression" restricting the development of the company. This led to such a discussion.                  

 

The symposium was chaired by Liu Jiyang, Vice Minister of Organizational Department of the County Committee. Chen Jiliang first introduced the basic situation of the company to all doctorates and masters. Doctors and masters have combined their jobs and professional knowledge to express their views on the development of the company. It also indicated that "Precision Heavy Industry" should be used as a test field, and on the basis of in-depth investigation, a set of practical plans should be tailored for the company in terms of "project packaging" and "image packaging". Together, they expect that what they have learned will be helpful to the development of "precision".
