Due to the excellent product quality, reasonable price and timely supply, we have signed long-term supporting agreements with Shanghai Lingang Electric Group, Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Factory, Yunnan Kunming Machine Tool Factory, Qi Er Machine Factory, Xiangtan Electric Group and other well-known domestic enterprises. The total industrial output value of the company was 83.43 million yuan in 2008, and 105 million yuan in 2009. The product supply exceeds the demand. Because the production facilities can not meet the market demand, according to the needs of market and production development, 50 mu of land has been expropriated in Jinzhou New Area, Ningxiang, and 150 million yuan has been invested to expand the new plant area. At the same time, Hunan Precision Heavy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. was formally registered on April 10, 2009. The first phase of the new plant started construction in May 2009 and went into operation in May 2010. There are three processing workshops, four foundry workshops, one finishing workshop, one comprehensive building and one finished product storehouse, with a total floor area of 18724.11 square meters. At present, the company has 400 employees, of which more than 60% are college graduates. And has 60 professional and technical personnel, including one expert who enjoys subsidies from the State Council, five doctors and eight masters. All technical personnel have high and intermediate titles. At the same time of product upgrading and transformation, the company continuously strengthens the introduction and reserve of talents, optimizes the management structure of the company, and strives to become a leading manufacturer of large castings such as wind power castings, hydropower castings, precision CNC machine tool castings and measuring tool platforms in the domestic industry with an international strategic perspective. The overall design is a specialized production center including casting design/production, heat treatment, machining and surface treatment. The integrity of production process and the ability to produce and process 30,000 tons of large castings annually are in the leading level in Hunan Province.
