Revstone Industries Acquisition of Dexter Foundry

Revstone Industrial Group recently announced that it has acquired Dexter Foundry in Fairfield, Iowa. The foundry is the second to join Revstone after Revstone purchased Grede Holdings Michigan Foundry in December 2009. Dexter Foundry currently produces more than 8,000 products in more than 250 countries worldwide. David Jaeger, president of Revstone, said that the acquisition of Dexter Foundry would greatly increase its product diversity and customer base and contribute to the company's stability. Revstone was founded in 2008, headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, USA. It provides casting product design, R&D, production and sales services for passenger and commercial vehicles. Revstone currently has production plants in more than 60 locations in North America and Central America, and plans to set up plants in Europe and China in the near future.
